Etrogcello is artisan alcoholic beverage made from ”The Majestic Fruit” known as an Etrog (Citron). 

Etrog is well known for its use on the Jewish festival of Sukkot. Sefer Hachinuch refers to the etrog as the heart, the place of understanding and wisdom, and Etrogcello now brings this soulful fruit and it's unique flavor into the hearts of everyone.

The Etrogim used in Etrogcello are sourced from local farms, proudly grown in the land of Israel.

Made from Etrog skins infused with alcohol, it is 100% natural with no chemicals added. The natural taste of Etrog is the secret of its success. It has an intense yellow-green color which reflects its nutrients and flavor.

Best served chilled, its incomparable flavor has the versatility to mix it with other beverages for cocktails and desserts.

Treasuring our roots is an essential way to strengthen our identity and the basic principle of our company.


It all started in Costa Rica, as our general manager Meir Ary (MBA), worked in a botanical farm for more than 7 years in the research area. After Succot 5775, while Meir was living in Costa Rica, he became interested with the fruit of Etrog, collected a few Etroguim and with his seeds grew to give to members of the Jewish community in the country. 

He decided to make aliyah in Tevet 5775. Soon after he began developing the Etrogcello idea.
